Enroute to visit friends from Allentown who are also in Maine for vacation. Spending the night with them and heading home. She has been sleeping for 2 hours so far!

High Tide coming in- the sand bar is started to get covered!

Jesup Path- it was a mile out and back and Nora walked all of it!!!

Cadillac Mountain- Nora was sleeping in the car so we took turns!

The screen we could see Ed catch everything to bring for the kids to see up close.

Diver Ed! This guy was awesome. Jeff had the most fun but Nora and I enjoyed it also!

You can walk across the sand bar to get to Bar Island 1.5 hours before/after low tide. After that time- the sand bar gets flooded. It was neat to walk across!

Compass Harbor Hike Nora walked the whole thing! It was a little less than a mile- she loved touching the ocean!
